The confusing part for me is when I Googled Krylon Fusion all-in-one paint + primer. It stated that it was an acrylic paint and yet if you read the back of it it says, Caution: contains acetone, ethyl, benzene, propane, butane, xylene.
So why would an acrylic paint have acetone in it?

This test fails for me, I can’t get any paint to come off even on acrylic walls that I have painted myself, my house is completely painted in Dulux acrylic and enamel and for the life of me I can’t work out which is which.

That's not correct
Enamels come in water based paints as well

I just lick it...If it taste like rubber, it's acrylic...If it taste like vaseline, it's oil.
