I had normal monthlys until my 40’s. I then started with very heavy bleeding and cramps. My monthlys didn’t stop until 62. I thought I was over it. Two years later I spotted. Had an ablation. Then two years later spotted again. Another ablation. Two years spotted again. My OBGYN did a third ablation. It didn’t stop the bleeding so I had a hysterectomy. The best thing I did! I would’ve done this in my 40’s if I knew what was coming in the future.

Indeed a heavy monthly flow need some intervention . I had to have an emergency blood transfusion because my body only had HALF the blood it needed .. DUE to heavy flow .. I have also had five children .. 3 were c sections after the fifth I had a tube-ligation . It made my flow even heavier ... Do what you need to do to help that ! Because it can be deadly .. It ALMOST was on my end :) Good luck to you !

I had a partial hysterectomy after my last son. For a year they tried everything to help my periods because they were horrible and I went to the doctor on a Wednesday and he said yes we need to do surgery but your insurance requires a second opinion and I went to her on Friday the same week and then I had surgery the next Wednesday and they had blood waiting on me because I was basically bleeding to death. They did leave my ovaries and tubes because they really didn’t want to put me on hormone pills because I was 25 at the time. I was so thankful that those horrible periods were gone. I hope everything works out for you.

I hang my shower caddy on the wall opposite the shower head. I use a command hook and the suction cups the caddy came with, and I've never had an issue with it. Mine is also metal and it's had no rusting or anything and I've had it up like that for 4 years now.
I replaced the command hook once, but that was only because my boyfriend had pushed down and snapped the hook, if he hadn't done that it wouldn't have had to be replaced. And it holds a significant amount of weight.

Its unsafe, there have been so many lawsuits on it.
I had it, then had a partial hysterectomy about a yr later, i was a part of the law suit and won a 35k.

Have you thought about am implanon that they put in your arm, it’s a plastic rod. I find it quite good.
It’s worse getting the iud put in if you haven’t had a baby because it’s a bit harder to open your uterus compared to if you’ve had a baby as it opens up easier when you have
