( - infinity, 3 ) if 'M' is any positive number greater then 3 then it should be bounded as any number in this example is less then or equal to M

sir in video functions part-8, i have a doubt that the boundedness will be there if and only if we can find a number greater than the given values, but 4, 5, 6are greater than
-infinity and 3 why not it is bounded

sir modulus of f(x) likha h apne formula k anusar .. to agar infinity or minus infinity nai nai aa raha h range m to low bounded to hamesha x- axis hi hoga ya axis se upar hi hoga ?
