This is not a bad business. There are a lot of other equipment rental businesses to get into as well. However, I think the goal should be to start your own business and not work with Turo long-term as they take a big cut and their prices are low.

This could really work. The guy I rented my Turo rental car from has a fleet of 51 cars. 51 !!! He told me he prefers to use Turo as his only rental platform is because they handle most of the behind the scenes stuff; charging people who don't pay toll fees, parking tickets, insurance, minor car accidents. Although Turo takes 25% that's more time for him to concentrate on other aspects of the business or life in general. That 25% is about what he would have to pay for employees to handle those tasks. Not bad

You forgot another expense which is paying for parking. Where do you park all 26 cars for the lowest price possible?

Seems pretty good but only issue I'd see long term is relying on Turo. They ultimately set the market and how many fees they take. If they decide to make ot uneconomical for you to rent, your business is screwed. Many tech companies like Uber and courier apps are doing this now as their priftability for execs are falling. The first thing to be squeezed out is always the labor.

I’ve been wanting to ask this question, what kind of car insurance you get for your car, or what type of auto insurance you suggest for people like me who just started Turo business and own 3-4 cars? Thank you so much!

In the UK the regulation on Turo says cars not more than 10 years old and 130 k miles on the clock. How come is she still talking about 2007 models cars? Just asking if it is different in the United States

Your lighting has improved considerably, and your camera upgrades help a lot.
One thing I would look at are your added sound effects - kinda like a swoosh - on some of your lower third title cards. It is objectively too loud compared to the main talk-track audio and lands currently somewhere between distracting and jarring.
Content, as always, excellent!

Turo doesn’t allow cars that are older than 12 years. How did you get it approved?

Where do you get a toyota yaris for 3, 000? The ones in my area are 5, 000 in the dealership, though they are older years

I'm having a hard time finding any cars in this price range that are not already over the milage limit. Are you buying these with close to the 130k limit and just selling them and replacing once they hit that? Also LOVE your videos, thank you!

These prices do not exist yet in the northeast 😢

I'm a little confused...how do you know you getting a deal on the car and not overpriced..how would you know that and were can you find cars that's under 130, 000 miles less than $8, 000.... In today's economy I think that's impossible 🤷

Idk how any one would want to rent a junk 2300 car. As some one who flips cars in that price range they have so many issues and junky.
