The SEC is arguing that....when Ethereum was Proof of Work, it was not a security. BUT, once it changed to Proof of Stake, then it became a security. This makes the Gensler video irrelevant. (Ivan, talk about Hedera. They're actually doing what the other cryptos only talk about doing.)

Jamie Dimon definitely talks out of both sides of his mouth, but as per Eric Balchunas, the reason that JPMorgan, Susquehanna, etc. are showing Bitcoin ETF holdings/purchases is because they're the Authorised Participants and/or market makers for the various spot Bitcoin ETFs. To quote, "their ownership isn't necessarily indicative of anything other than this is how many shares they held on the respective date of the 13F filing".

I’m no supporter of the lizard gensler, but it’s not genuine when you say he used to think eth was a nonsecurity without mentioning it was when eth was proof of work. In the same breath you mention the ETFs pulling the staking option because the sec doesn’t like it. Obviously changing to proof of stake is why gensler changed his mind and you know it.
