1. Shoot in 4K at 60fps.
2. The export settings should be at 1080p, 60fps, and you can set the bitrate between
25-35.
3. Make sure your HDR is off before shooting the video and after exporting the videos.
4. I personally prefer the high-efficiency format.
5. Upload at highest quality.
