This is a great video! But have you actually harvested carrots? They will root and flower but they do not regrow the carrot, you will not get a carrot from this process.

Ok, some of this information is a bit misleading. You cannot regrow carrots, radishes, or other root vegetables. What happens is just the tops regrow. Not the root itself.

No, ginger, garlic, potatoes, turmeric are all not root vegetables. They are tubers. Completely different.

You will not get a carrots from a carrot top cutting...it will give a plant which will yield seeds then you can plant the seeds and then harvest when they mature
