Do you recommend removing factory decals before applying new Kutvek decals?

Is there any reason not to use a wet method if not using any product thats eats the decals glue?

I ordered this kit 2 weeks ago from the kutvek sight.and seemed off didn't get much details on tracking information..I'm going to wait 1 more week to see if i receive the product, I called the # and there is no option for English, wouldn't be my first time with issues on foreign companies..I had to file a dispute with my bank to retrieve my money on a lift kit turns out the company was a fraud and tied into tons of law suits, dont know much about this company, but il report back with my experience with this company and hope it can help anyone out that is trying to order from their site.
