I'm 28 and my parents adopted my little sister three years ago when she was two.. She is my absolute best friend and in December I love doing Christmas things with her that I did as a child.. Decorate the tree, make a countdown, wrap presents, watch Christmas movies, etc. It is so worth it to see her sweet smile♥️

My family had a tradition for how we put ornaments on the tree. My grandpa makes us go in chronological order and he individually hands us an ornament and tells us the story off where and when him and grandma got the ornament. One of my favorite traditions!!

we’ve had a huge christmas eve tradition every year since i was born where all of the family gets together, but me and my mom start prepping for it 3 days before, because we hand make everything from scratch. that’s my favorite part of december. both of those blue light glasses are BOMB!!!
