It pains me to see women choosing meal replacement shakes over real food 😭😭

I can tell you it absolutely doesn’t have to be that way!
In my opinion Meal replacement shakes are never going to work.

They aren’t some magical fix either magical ingredients, literally all it is doing is heavily restricting your daily calories which is putting you into a BIG calorie deficit & that’s why you drop weight so quickly.

HOWEVER! This is also why you gain it back even quicker.

👉🏻It’s not sustainable, you can’t live off them for the rest of your life. Once you stop the shakes then what?

👉🏻It teaches you absolutely nothing.

👉🏻Restricting yourself from real food is just going to end in binge eating issues

👉🏻You are going to be absolutely miserable whilst doing it.

And the list could really go on.

I urge women to please learn about nutrition, get a coach, and stop with the quick fixes because I promise you that weight loss can be a much more enjoyable process and one you can maintain when you actually are eating food you enjoy!
