Question about bench press. With heavy kettlebells (2x24 is heavy enough) sometimes it is not easy to get on and get out from the bench. Any tips other than drop them off or do floor press ? With single kettlebell it is easier but too light for the chest

Went to the gym just to do this workout, no kettlebells beyond 40lbs. Okay well, no biggie I’ll just use 50lb dumbbells. First round no problem. 2nd and 3rd I realized why Coach was only using 53lbs.

Think I can put kettlebells on my weight bar, in between plates? I need to add more weight for my bench now, but don't have any at hand, besides the extra kettlebells

Do you do this as circuit multiple times? Or do you use it as 1 exercise for chest, then go onto flys/pushups etc.? I did this for 3 rounds dropping the weight each round and it was beast. Love the alternating presses and the stability it builds. Thanks Coach!
