I remember XIII back in the day when I didn't had my own PC yet and I was playing it at my cousins place. I didn't finished it then so upcoming remake might be a great opportunity to me now. I think the visuals in the original are still perfect. However, I'll support the hell out of the remake so we might get some sequels.

Remake looks like the first The Darkness game

I´m a big fan of this great game, I used to play this on the original Xbox more than 12 years ago, and this remake makes me happy because it will bring a lot of childhood memories back, and also a lot of younger people will be able to know this masterpiece gem. Also, if this is a successful game, producers may bring a sequel, I think that´s awesome, I´ve been waiting more than a decade for that.

holy shit I genuinely thought I was the only person to enjoy this game!!! Whenever I tried to search about this game, I would always get Final Fantasy shit. I remember buying it for the Game cube, ps2 and Xbox since there was apparently a cheat to let you mission select but it was all a lie! The ending as well totally messed me up for a long while!

I'm having hard time saying this but the original appeals more to me. That said, I would buy the game if it has the complete story this time around. And I hope they ditch Mulder as a voice actor. I hope I dont sound too negative.

It's pretty amazing how a 17 year old game looks better than its recent remake. And by amazing I mean sad, I'll just replay the original.

I think the original had better graphics. Not gonna lie, it seems a mistake, to me, that they made the game looks more realistic instead of doubling down on the Comic-Book type art style.

The original had the correct cartoonish feel about it. It felt like I was playing a comic book! The remake looks like a cheap game using a cheap engine. I played the original when it first came out (hoping for the sequel to come out. But the sequel got squashed!) I really liked the cartoonish feel of the original game. I have been playing video games for over 40 years. I love gaming! Played THOUSANDS of video games. I would not play the remake version of this game hoping to get the same “Cartoonish Feel” of Cel Animation after examining the side by side comparison. That’s from a gamer who has been playing every type of video game for a very L-O-N-G time! I wish the sequel would have came out instead...

The original just looks much better, they missed the whole point, they should have stuck with the comic style a bit more.
