The Luxury Home Tour, Park City's premier home event, is celebrating its 22nd year on August 10, 2013 at Deer Crest. Over the years the Tour has showcased some of the finest homes built in America. These homes are privately owned that never open to the public.
This year's Tour is being held in Deer Valley's prestigious Deer Crest development. They will be showcasing seven beautiful homes designed by some of the country's top architects, builders and interior designers.
The Luxury Home Tour is a fundraising event, organized by the Park City Board of Realtors Philanthropic Foundation. The proceeds from the Tour go to support Summit County's Peace House, an abused women's shelter and other local non-profits.
Homes designed by Rick Brighton Architects, Upwall Design Architects, Otto/Walker Architects, Mammen Associates Architecture, and the Highland Group and built by Thomas McPhee Construction, Jaffa Group, Midway Construction, Germania Construction, Yukon Construction, and McCarthy Custom Homes are featured.
The homes range from 5,509 sf to 11,000 sf and have multiple luxury features and finishes.
Located in the heart of Deer Valley® Resort, Deer Crest encompasses over 600 acres and 60% protected open space with expansive views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Wasatch Back.
