Just to reinforce some general rowing rules unless the coach says otherwise.
1. Only 7 & 8 chat to the cox when rowing.
2.Never be critical of the cox unless you have a replacement cox first.
3.Any perceived technical faults in other crew members should be discussed with the coach, not the crew or kept to yourself.
