Hair looks great. I finally bit the bullet and got a hair transplant last week. Wish me luck! (If it fucks up i'll join you with the fake hair). I'm not fat but also need to lose some and I find it hard man. I feel like I do'nt even eat many calories (around 1500 per day) but still can't shift the weight. I also go gym a few times per week. I think i'm just one of them people who just needs to be moving all day, instead of sitting all day! It's like i've fried my metabolism and it refuses to shift fat now.

I totally get the gut. In the last 2 months I've been reducing carbs. Not totally going KETO. I'm 5 ft 7 " . So at 237lds ..I was bad off. In September of this year I decided to get serious. 3 days of weight training a week. I try and keep it under 100 carbs every day. I've lost 20 lbs. I've also increased a bit in muscle mass. I mildly jog or walk for cardio. It seems to be working for me if I stay consistent. You seem to walk alot. What about wieght training a bit? You are not too far off. Keep moving forward.

I’m so curious, do you live next to or have you seen the Pink Lake? I guess there’s a lake that’s possibly near you, and it turns bright pink? Is that true?

Dude, calories in - calories out. Figure out how much you eat in a day calorie wise and reduce by 200 calories every two weeks until you get lean. It's not rocket science. You have to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. It doesn't matter WHAT you eat, as long as you stay below your daily caloric intake. Solved!

Chicken, broccoli, eggs, water black coffee, tea and will power for one month. If that's not your bag look up "peel a pound soup". I lost 30lbs a month until I got back to a 32" waste. Will power.

That gorgeous forest you in will burn off any fat you have combined with daily water intake's will have you feeling great! I felt lethargic everyday and depressed, BUT! I never thought there would be a day I would do somethign about it cos being in that negative state of mind for to long caused me to gain weight and living in denial constantly. To much effort, self calculating myself based on the actions I take and outcome, forcasting the future etc etc....NO! I quickly found me self soem shorts and a t shirt and put on thy sneakers and run! I have a forest behind me but no deer or roo's just wet, muddy and slippery fkin marsh land...anyway, felt good running so the next day i did it again but gave myself a little push more than yeysterday then the 3rd day i went back to my first day so not to overkill myself and be a typical stereotype to push myself to limit or goals achievements and so forth...NO!! Im me, I will run what i will run and fk others whom judge me cos they be jealous or the typical stereotype you wanna avoid like the plague! fkers...always some freaking knob jocky wanna put you down cos they cant do what you do and calculate your awesome work out cos your feeling good and they aint...wish i was in australia and train a roo to come running with me and if ever saw someone cast pull sht comments i'd simply shout out a magic word and let the roo back drop kick the fk out of the loud mouth cu*t :D
Anyway, you aint fat, fat in my opnion are people that look like they swollowed car tyres for a light snack and the creases that contain bactieria built up from hiding in the skin flap...🤢 and the smell that likes to multiply after a stretch and a rub causing the swet molecules to evaporate with a pungent musky smell, oh so yummy...
