KneesOverToes YouTube channel kinda did this whole concept years ago for training the ligaments to remove knee pain. There are exercise for shoulders, hips, and vertical leaps.

I found I could run backwards for longer, faster, and easier than forwards way back in highschool. Everyone laughed at me though so I stopped... god why are classmates so cruel.

Game changer!! Me and one of my athletes used to do this all the time. But we would do it uphill with sleds.
