As a vehement disbeliever in the current education system, its so refreshing to see someone try and make some positive change in that regard. Being chastised for speaking up in class, teachers publically ridiculing students is something I have seen first hand, and I am glad that there are children being educated who will never have to.

Rightly said- a focus on nurturing children’s unique talents and the power of experiential learning are very important. I have seen XSEED constantly evolve and improve over time.

This incredible episode! Ashish, your perspective on experiential learning really hit home. I loved when you said that education should be about solving problems, not just memorizing facts—that’s such a powerful shift in thinking. The example you shared about kids being able to read but struggling to explain in their own words was eye-opening. It really highlights the need for deeper understanding rather than just surface-level learning.

Your passion for empowering students to become "unafraid" and think critically is exactly what India needs. Truly inspiring! 🙌 Huge thanks to the podcast team for bringing such inspirational people on—more conversations like this, please!

Agree with Ashish the pain in running any startup, to find right talent for the right work, with two way communication, people must not be a doer, who always wait for boss command to operate like a robot. Whole podcast is very insightful must watch 💚

As someone who's seen the issues with traditional education, it’s amazing to see someone genuinely pushing for positive change. I’ve experienced how schools can stifle curiosity, so knowing kids are learning through experience now is super refreshing. This kind of shift gives me hope for future generations!

What struck me most was the seamless flow of this conversation! It truly embodies what XSEED stands for - Make things simple! I loved the conviction behind the phrase 'Make the Underdog Win.' Salute to the coaches who travel to small cities to make a difference in every child's life. We see children smile when they say their first sentence and are acknowledged for it. It's the METHOD followed every day, every class that moves the needle for every child. It's true Ashish! Someone will need to take ownership to clean the 'Naali.' You certainly are!

This inspiring video featuring Ashish, a passionate educator, provided valuable insights into experiential learning and its transformative potential in education. Relatable to my own student experiences, Ashish's story motivated me to explore the benefits of experiential learning.

A key takeaway is the importance of experiential learning, which involves learning through doing, experiencing, and reflecting. By applying this approach to my own life, I can actively seek out new challenges, try different things, and reflect on my experiences to foster personal growth and development.

As in being where I have just started my career, further steps are not very clear, whether I should study, try something new, try to climb the corporate ladder .

This Podcast is very refreshing which subtly explains the life cycle of how thing goes, as Ashish Rajpal mentioned, don't go for entrepreneurship until and unless you really want to solve a problem, same goes to the degree and that actually sums up .

Thanks for always bringing these refreshing podcasts Debojit Sen !

The discussion about finding your true passion and sticking with it despite hardships is inspiring. It's not about chasing fame or quick success, but genuinely wanting to solve a problem that drives lasting impact. Also, the insights on experiential learning and addressing India’s education gaps are so crucial, especially for the underprivileged. Truly a remarkable journey!"

"Talent must come first" one should focus on their interest and passion.

He actually is trying to solve the major gap that we have in our education system through experiential learning and solutions, that will actually have a great impact on the youth and society.

Amazing to hear Ashish sharing his entrepreneurial journey.

Thank you so much Debojit and Badhta India Dekho for again coming up with such an insightful episode.
