How to Avoid the Wrong Type of Coffee and Tea

Показать описание
Want to make sure the only thing your coffee does to your body is wake it up?
The number one antioxidant in America today is coffee & tea. Antioxidants help fight off chemicals that end up in your system.
When buying coffee, you want to stay away from chemical pesticides that occur in conventional coffee. Try shopping for coffee that is certified organic or fair trade coffee instead, which will be marked on the front of the package.
If you’re buying decaf coffee, make sure it’s made using a swiss water process.
Conventional teas are often wrapped in plastic or contain a carcinogen, which have been known to cause cancer. A better alternative is loose leaf tea or steeping your own tea.
If you’re aiming for a healthier coffee in the morning, try to avoid adding sugar and stick to organic dairy.
