It really comes down to us convincing ourselves that there's no way they could've existed, no way dinosaurs and humans could've lived together, and ao any evidence we find to the contrary, we immediately think "there has to be another explanation" or "it's just an old story they told for entertainment"

Although you could consider pterodactyls to be dragons since they had wings, dragons in myths often also breathe fire and if dragons did exist then we would've found remains or fossil records of them right? I don't think that dragons existing is true at all

The real question is exactly what was a "Dragon" in the Bible. Was it a giant winged reptile that could breathe fire? NO!!!!

You talk about dragons as if they are the fire breathing beasts we think of today.
The word to describe great beasts in the Bible was translated to dragon. It meant just that, great beasts. Therefore, the word "dragon" could mean anything from a hippopotamus to a brontosaurus or anything in between.

Let me guess you mean behemoth, which can be theorised to be a hippo, because remember, they were talking about the cedar trees in the Middle East, and there happens to be some verses that say,

Which blatantly says this is an aquatic creature, don’t know of any dragons that are aquatic, they’re mainly flying beasts. And yes, hippo bones have been discovered in the Middle East.
