Great Youth Group Games - Poison

Poison is one of the most fun Large Group games I have ever played. It can be played by groups of teens size 4-100. This Game can be physically demanding so not everyone enjoys it, but it is by far our groups favorite.

Start with a trash can in the middle of a group of players who are all holding hands. Then players try to pull or push other players into the can. If a player touches the can with any part of their body they are out. If at any point two players break hands they are both out. Play continues until only one player is left standing.

Feel free to add multiple trash cans to the middle of the group to make it harder. Also, encourage players not to kick.

How does this teach about God? Maybe explain that a little. Maybe the poison is sin and we shouldn't let others influence us. Maybe have positive peer pressure on those around us?
