• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp baking soda (optional for extra crispiness)
• 1 egg (optional, for binding)
• ½ cup water (as needed for consistency)
• Oil for frying
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Grate the malanga into a smooth paste.
2️⃣ Add garlic, thyme, scotch bonnet, parsley, salt, pepper, and flour Mix well.
3️⃣ (Optional) Add an egg for binding mixture holds together.
