Before using this tofu press, I used to press tofu by hand—and trust me, I went through way too many paper towels! 😅 Plus, if I pressed too hard, the tofu would break into pieces. Total mess.
With the NOYA tofu press, it’s so much easier! The recommended press time is just 10–30 minutes for most recipes, but if you want it extra dry for stir-fries or crispy tofu, you can leave it for up to 1–6 hours. I left mine for 3 hours, and after flipping it onto a plate, I only needed one paper towel to pat both sides dry. Still super satisfied with the results - and no cracks or crumbles! 🙌
Just rotate the knob handle to press down. Once it stops turning, that means you’ve reached max pressure -it holds the tofu in place without smashing it!
