I like em both but for my workflows they are very clearly for different stuff. Fl has a more underground feel whereas logic is kinda pristine and professional, fl I feel has more precision for making/editing songs and beats to the exact vision in my head where again logic is a better mixing / finalizing platform . To sum that up FL is more of a beatmakers DAW and logic is more of a songwriters / engineer DAW but both can be done with both they just have wildly different feels for the workflow

Well, I'm an FL user and I never used Logic, but this beat hits hard. It's all I can say

I prefer the workflow and piano roll in FL. Logic is dope but the piano roll and playlist feel kind of limited as someone who's used to FL. FL studio lets you put midi, audio, or automation wherever you want in the playlist. I dont need to have seperate tracks for each. Samples can be loaded directly into the piano roll as well for easy tuning and composing

FL always seemed more user friendly to me, but I'm so used to FL that it might just be bias.

Fl has many built-in plugins, and is constantly updated and improved. Also, in turn, its design is colorful and quite simple)

From a Logic user, I’d say that the spinz 808 hits more on fl, idk why but in logic it kinda sounds compressed and doesn’t hit right

According to me,
FL is too easy to use and it saves a lot of time but Logic Pro needs a lot of time to understand every single thing.

I realise that Logic Pro has a lot of instruments with great quality but it doesn't mean FL studio has nothing.

You are supposed to download the kits and tones that you love to use.

I Think its generally the pattern system that fl uses, is made for producers who make beats, instead of Logic which is more for whole songs

All that matters is the skill and talent you put into your song, heck make it on a Samsung fridge. Any sort of program can be used to make beats, skill is what makes them good. The difference between Logic and FL isnt that much, it’s all stacking different sounds together. There may be some differences like which one is easier to use, in my opinion, FL is better. If you are a hard core logic producer and despise FL users, look at it like this; if they make good beats, dont just say “i could do that better on logic”. Look at it positively, like “i didnt know FL could make beats like that”. Try and respect others with what they use and do. Trying to pull down others on what they use is despicable. Just find the best program that fits you the most, and use it respectfully and dont say its better than the other program just because you like it, other programs fit other people. Adios 👋
