Excellent video. Thanks! Now let's say someone is getting interviewed for job position which is totally different industry from his/her past jobs i.e pharmaceutical operator vs truck driver. How would you link or convince the recruiters for the the best fit? Also how would you convince them that you are fit knowing that the age might be a challenge or seems like it but not necessary the fact!
