Learning how to understand your dreams can help you connect to the language of your soul and the spirit world. Our dream time is sacred, and there are benevolent messages even in our scariest nightmares. Debra sits with Athena Laz, Spiritual Dream Teacher, Depth Psychologist, and author of The Alchemy of Your Dreams and The Deliberate Dreamer's Journal, to discuss the powerful root of your dreams and their messages.

Debra describes how Athena’s Astrological chart points exactly to Athena’s life work, and Athena echoes Debra’s Astrological interpretations with excitement and an enthusiastic interest in joining Debra’s Applied Astrology school.

This is a fantastic interview. I once had a dream about a tornado and a few months later it hit exactly in the path I saw!
Thank you.

I have very strange dreams. Nothing ever comes true. One from when i was a little girl, was my Grama was in a car accident. I couldnt visually see it in my dream. It was out to my left, it was a deep inner knowing. All I could see was strangers legs waking on a cross walk in the rain as if there wasnt a tragedy that just occurred. I was little and had my umbrella and my tears couldnt stop. When I woke up my pillow was soaking wet. She died MANY years later of breast cancer. Nothing to do with an accident.
What's stranger, I get many "day" dreams. I see potentials, and they never come true. The last weird thing, I often meet people in my dreams 1st, and decades later I might pass them by and get these overwhelming feelings like I just passed through a cloud. They never see me, but I always remember their eyes. Like I have known them.
I feel like I gotta a whole lotta karma to clear lol 😂😂😂

Asking for a friend - Can taking FECO (full extract Cannabis oil) at night to help sleep be the reason my friend can’t remember dreams? This person used to have very vivid dreams before that.
