@16:27 - I don't think it's a backdoor. The nano has the private key already stored on it. I can update my nano X software from my computer. The update code could instructs nano to return the key over usb after the user enters their pin code,
I don't think that is impossible. It just seems to go against the promise of Ledger always keeping the private key on the nano hardware

I bought a ledger nano x after loosing a bunch of my crypto with the Celsius fallout. your 100% right. this is not what their customers want! now time to find a new wallet I guess... sad.

Give Ledger a break. All wallet providers have backdoor to access seed phrase. If they know how to give us one, of course they know how to take it back. At least Ledger is honest & they just want to expand their business and make some money. So either take it or leave it✌

Actually, if Ledger had had the possibility of accessing your key, all those that lost their keys and lost their crypto wouldn't have had any problems. So that interpretation might not be accurate.
