Just bought a 3 Bed with pool at Sunset harbour in the Villages and only 20 mins from Oxford downs casino … Was up for $315, 000 Got it for $210, 000 at auction… Got the Keys on Wednesday and In the Double Garage is a 1998 Jeep Wrangler and Two Golf Carts and golf Clubs, Pool Table . 6 Paddle Boards, and a Honda Goldwing 1988 …. I rang the Auction House to let them know and they said whatever is in the House is now ours ….. Brilliant 🤩

Thanks Kaleb, love to see these although usually I prefer things I think I can afford. Really unimpressive entrance and straight into a room is a no-no for me……if that is the post-sales office config. Love the kitchen, the doors and ironmongery and the decor. 👍🇬🇧

Home #1 Wow, it's Gorgeous! Love the elongated windows above the counter space in the kitchen. Too much house for me but I'll take the apartment 🙂

I'm downsizing instead of buying a big 🏡 when all the kids are grownups and have their own families. I don't know why was I thinking about buying a 5 bedrooms 🏡. Let's find the smallest 3 bedrooms in a good neighborhood with a nice yard where I can garden 🥭🥑🍑🍊🍅🥕🍒and more. I love to garden . I'm beyond excited 🎉

Nice home if you want an InLaw unit or a Rental. I’d consider the 1 Bedroom for an Airbnb, but not sure if you could get consistent income.

Hey Kaleb. Good to see you. The builder pay all the closing costs? 🤔. Cool. 1st home. Nice porch. Front living rooms still surprise. So accustomed now to front bedrooms/offices/dining or flex spaces. Like the private entrance to the spacious primary. Lovely en-suite. Like the large cabinet linen storage. Oh well at least there are 2 closets. It could work. Like the rear 1/2 bath and lovely laundry 🧺 room with cabinets/sink/counter. Upstairs large flex room. Good size Jack n Jill. Agreed. Big closet. 4th bedroom with en-suite 🙌🏼. Nice upstairs layout out. Sleep on 1 side and hang out on the opposite side in the flex space. Lovely covered lanai with outdoor kitchen. That’s a NYC apt full size kitchen. Very nice over the garage apt. Living/dining/kitchen. Pantry is fine. Good size bedroom. 2 closets. Nice bathroom and appreciate the W/D. Lovely home Kaleb. If you are taking care of elderly parents, the last thing you want is a full flight of steps to their living space. I would use this as more of a guest quarters, and put the parents in the master suite.

My only pet pea is putting the tub in the shower in the master bathroom. Don't like that. Apartment area is nice but washer and dryer upstairs could be disastrous. My washer flooded my downstairs. Luckily it wasn't upstairs. I would be cautious to rent that because some people don't care for other people's properties. Wow, expensive!

As usual I really enjoy your videos but apartment or not $999, 000 and no pool!!! Don't get me wrong its a very beautiful home but for almost a million they gotta throw a pool in there somewhere!!! A pool is only $60, 000-$100, 000 depending on what type you get!!!
