They could’ve made it protect the back... but they didn’t. And it’s hella expensive and doesn’t have a trackpad.
The Logitech slim combo folio is a much better buy.

Do you know if this keyboard is compatible with other cases as well? Like if I buy a case that will cover the back will this still work with the keyboard since it is a pin connection?

Background info: I work in construction, my employer got me an iPad air 3 for work and I want to get a keyboard for it, this is the most obvious choice. I also want to protect the back of the iPad though since I'll be carrying it around on a construciton site.

I have that keyboard but my only problem is finding a cute case for my iPad . For example I want a case with a Apple Pencil holder but I want to be able to use the Smart Keyboard without taking the case off. Any recommendations?
