Seems to be missing one item in your materials needed. I believe it is contact glue/cement that you use to glue the foam to the mouth at 1:18. Can you please confirm if this is the right glue that is required to glue foam? Thanks so much. Loved seeing it become 3D in less than 10 minutes!

NEVER use good scissors on foam - it dulls them fast. Better to use a razor blade. At least use old scissors, not your good fabric scissors. Great video -thanks for sharing.
