Pope Francis is a Jesuit Argentinian pope, and must be understood in that way. That's why a Pope, the Bishop of Rome, is primus inter pares of all Bishops of the Church. Pope Francis and, for example, Cardinal Sarah, are bounded with same Dogmatic Constitutions post-Vatican II Council. If you are rejecting Vatican II Council, then you will never understand anything related to this, because you are already spiritually anathemized, not only ecclesiastically anathemized.
