I am blessed to still be here in my golden years. I remember when I was in my early 60's seeing my mother when I looked in the mirror.
A decade later, I'm not sure whose reflection I see. 😅
I picture myself in my head sometimes as the little playful girl running and laughing with other kids -- or sometimes as the energetic young mother I once was. But when I'm asleep, in my dreams I'm always a middle aged woman.

The optical age is between the 30's and 40's and most people my age that I know say that's how they see themselves also.

I truly believe the new bodies we receive after passing will not be wrinkled or frail. Nor will they be bursting with restless energy.
