Thank you Mark for education everyone on this. I live in So Cal. The communities in the area known as the San Gabriel Valley, where a high concentration of Chinese and other Asian immigrants reside are well known to have birthing centers. They cater to wealthy visa holders looking to have their babies here, it's no secret and done openly. The local media have published many articles covering this over the years. The birthing centers are licensed and only hire Aisin immigrants. Per the published articles, after the baby is born, most couples return to their home country. Then when the child is old enough, returns to the US to go to college. After graduating they return to work for the CCP. All expenses are covered by the CCP. The issue of using surrogate mothers is new. But not surprising.
