Isa sa pinakasikat na Pinoy urban legend ay ang tinaguriang "The Lost City" ng Biringan, Samar. Ang siyudad na ito raw kasi... lulubog, lilitaw! Kaya naman walang nakapagsasabi kung saan ba ito ekasaktong matatagpuan sa mapa. Pumunta ang KMJS Team sa Samar kamakailan para subukang puntahan ang eksaktong kinaroroonan ng maalamat na siyudad na ito.

Di siya imahinasyon actually, totoo siya. Yung tinuro sa inyo na lugar kung nasaan ang Biringan, di yun doon. Di nyo mahahanap ang lugar na yun kahit saan kung gusto nyo lang makita. Tama si lola dun sa sinabi nya, pag sila ang may kagustuhang magpakita, makikita mo sila. At hindi sila nagpapakita sa maraming tao. Nadaan na rin lang kayo sa Sta. Margarita di pa kayo nagtanong-tanong dun. Sa isang baranggay doon ako nakatira. Maraming may alam dun tungkol sa Biringan. Aunte ko nakarating dun, inimbitahan sya magninang ng isang bata, dun na sa handaan may parang kabulig(kasambahay) na bumulong sa aunte ko na wag kakain ng mga kulay itim na pagkain dahil sya hindi na nakabalik sa kanila nung nakain nya yung mga pagkain na itim. Nakiusap lang aunte ko na ibalik sya, mababait naman daw, pinauwi sya, hinatid pa sya ng naka-kotse. Pero lahat yun dinaan sa panaginip. Sa bukid sila. Kahit saang parte ka ng lugar na sakop ng piling lugar sa Samar, madadala ka nila. Nung nakapag asawa aunte ko, nasa Olongapo na sya nadalaw pa sya dun ng inaanak nya na engkanto, malaki na, inaaya sya sumama, umiiyak pa ng daw yung bata, sabi lang ng aunte ko na hindi papayag ang diyos nya na sumama aunte ko sa kanila dahil magkaiba sila ng mundo, nalungkot yung mag ina pero umalis din.
Pag gusto ka nilang kunin madami silang paraan. Pwede kang mamaatay ng walang dahilan. Yung taga sa amin pa, pinsan ng pinsan ko, may binato lang na kung ano nung nasa bundok sila, patay kinagabihan. Ang nakakatakot pa dun, pinalitan nila itsura nung namatay, nagmukhang nabubulok na patay na aso. Ang totoo, pinalitan na ng mga engkanto ang katawan ng namatay. Nasama na nila sa lugar. ANG BIRINGAN AY HINDI NAKIKITA NG BASTA BASTA, WALANG ADDRESS, NASA PAGSANGHAN PERO HINDI MO MAKIKITA ANG MISMONG LUGAR. DI KAYO MANINIWALA HANGGAT HINDI KAYO NAGTATAGAL SA LUGAR NA YUN.

It seems true.
Im from Samar too, when I was a kid I was struck with fever and I dreamed of a very beautiful bright white city with beautiful people and very tall buildings, the people in the city offered me food such as black rice and black grapes.
I didnt eat the food, thats how i escaped Biringan as the espiritista said.
U shudnt eat the food the encantos offer u or else u cannot go back to the human world.
I was bought to a "espiritista" to cure me and he said that i really went to Biringan.

sa mga hindi nakaranas... natural lang na hindi nyo mapaniniwalaan.

pero sa mga nakaranas.. wala na sila dapat pang ipaliwanag kahit hindi nyo sila pniwalaan. dahil sila lang nag nakakaalam kung totoo o hinde.

I suggest you should put an english subtitle for this so other nationalities- who knows, maybe National Geo or Discovery Channel might have interest on digging this "lost city" more and might give us more and deeper documentary.

Maganda kung first impression pa lang nitong urban legend na ito ay sa inyo manggaling since kayo naman pinaka dabest mag bigay ng documentary dito sa Pinas and para at least they saw and heard it first from you

Totoo nga yan, taga Leyte ako. Usap usapan talaga ang Biringan city. Ito daw ay siudad ng mga engkanto. Salamat KMJS sa pag cover ng aming bayan. 🤗🤗

I'm from Batangas, I remember back in the 50's some people disappeared in their back yard and several days later they appeared and they told stories similar to this. They were offered food (black rice or white rice ) to eat but they refused to eat also and that's when they were told they can go back home.

i just saw this video today, everything similar to me and my ate's childhood weirdest and unexplained vivid experience as we were missing for hours, but it all happened in the province of Albay way back 1990's
same acacia tree, description of foods offered, biringan citizens, description of the place..
i feel bad for these old people's story that were discredited,
too bad for people who mock at their stories coz you werent that special to get inside this elusive city..
thanks kmjs though for giving definition to my memories, im lucky to be one of the few people who made it out of the place.

Iba iba ang kwento ng bawat lugar. And as for us, samarnons, we believe in the existence of the lost city because a lot of people visiting or living here in our region have already experienced this unexplainable happenings. If you don't believe on our story about the lost city please don't say anything bad about it. Respect our urban legend

Alam ko na bakit may enkanto. We are so blessed.. Ang galing talaga ni God..kasi Penoprotekhan nila tayu. Hindi naman masama ang engkanto kasi may purpose sila. Sila din pala ang bantay ng Kalikasan
