Literally JUST was able to finished the MLID Broken Silicon Podcast that you appeared on. I recently started watching Broken Silicon, and I has happy to see your appearance on there, and would definitely like to see you return!

I loved the topic that was discussed on there, and once again, your English is impeccable, and is nothing to apologize for!

OLED for 650 is insane, even more when all the 27 inch 240HZ monitors use the same LG panel, actually good price (in comparison with tbe other tbag are like 900 o so)

I got my Asus rog swift 240Hz Oled a few months back its also my first 240Hz experience.
I'm pretty sure it has the same panel as the KTC one and I'm just gonna say it's unreal everything feels like its three dimensional the depth is so good and seems like it's happening in real time and the colours and contrast are like nothing else.
my intentions at first was to have it as my main with the old 144Hz 2k IPS as a secondary monitor but I'm so blown away by the Oled that every IPS seems dull and grey, I can't stare at it anymore.
edit : I actually wrote this comment before watching the entire video, it's hilarious how ur experience is similar to mine xd

Using 55inch 4k 120hz OLED HDR as a gaming monitor + all the movies and series I am watching since 2019, 5th year going strong! never been happier... crazy good purchase that really changed my life. OLED is the way - only have to take a little care with the settings to protect it from burn in and you are having the time of your life.

The amount of money you've saved me when it comes to pc related peripherals since I've subbed to you is crazy. $667 for a 1440p 240hz 27 inch OLED monitor is mind-blowing. Mine comes in tomorrow and I can't wait to play around with it.

Good video, keep going! I saw your review of the KTC H27T22, and I bought it. I'm very happy with it.

These screws are propably for VESA mount. Anyway great monitor, i like how many features it has and it comes with accesories. I hope prices of OLED will start droping down and we will get some 500 Euro options... unfortunatelly manufacturers are artificially increasing prices by making it 360hz and giving it "premium" branding like AORUS or Alienware. All i want is 4k 120Hz for HDR experience and colour accuracy.

Stunning monitor! The fact that it has speakers makes it better because I can't wear headphones because of my tinnitus..

Just picked up a 240 hz OLED myself.
The LG version of this is $750 retail - a better deal.
And you can snag an open box for around $650.

Monitor boxing match is in full effect from everyone, and its awesome. Some killer monitors coming out, ... and with all the good competition, it just helps us all.

More monitors need to implement KVM. It’s one of the main reasons I went with my Gigabyte monitor.

Sitting on 4k 48" 120Hz and can't wait till 240 and full bitrate arrive in future. 120 on an oled looks far superior to the same on IPS/VA and the sheer volume of pixels is a real game changer for me, like the 720>1440P jump over a decade ago lol.

BTW good job with the long podcast/YouTube video with the Moore’s Law is Dead channel.

I searched how bright this monitor can get and it can hit 900nits 1% window and 660nits 10% window, that is crazy for a monitor. I love oleds I've always wanted one but the only thing that puts me off the most is screen burn since I mostly do gaming. I wonder if this company offer a 10 year screen burn guarantee like lg does?

A good VA panel with a high contrast ratio will always beat IPS panels for blacks. VA panels are the second best for contrast. Only thing that could help black levels on a IPS set up is led strips behind the monitor, this helps with blacks a hell of a lot.

1:51 Looks like to extend vesa mounts to get some space from wall mounts for example

So far i love this monitor! The brightness is more than enough for me and it breathes new life into the games i play! Also the matte coating does not bother me at all since i keep my room pretty dark. Once you go oled you cant go back!
