Is AI a bunch of hype? This video is an excerpt from my keynote, “Amplifying Your MSP Growth with AI,” presented at ChannelNext West.

Artificial intelligence stirs mixed emotions for many of us. On one hand, it’s exciting; on the other, it raises deep concerns. Right now, AI is still finding its place across industries and practical applications.

In my conversations with attendees during the conference, one recurring question emerged: How much of AI is hype, and how much is real? Is this another dot-com boom destined to end in a bust? The key difference? — this time, it’s not just vapor.

AI is already delivering real business value, with use cases that are transforming operations and driving sustainable growth.

Many of us are already relying on AI tools we couldn’t imagine working without. If those tools were suddenly gone tomorrow, it would seriously impact our daily operations and productivity.

That’s the level of significance AI holds — not just in the future, but right now in our day-to-day work.
