In this video you will learn about two-dimensional forces and two dimensional vectors in general. Most objects in our universe move in two dimensions and to analyze other quantities about them, you may need to analyze the forces that act on them in their individual dimensions. Two Dimensional forces also cause Normal Forces to act differently upon objects. Join Mr. Mickens and a couple of special guests as we learn about the advanced physics topic.
THERE'S A VIDEO GUIDE FOR THIS:
Difference between 1D and 2D Forces
Vector Components
Solve for the X component
Using Components in Newton's 2nd Law
Solving for the Normal Force

What a nice change to see you instead of just hearing you. I liked the new style of intro too. You did a very good job explaining Newton's 2nd Law--if a net force acts on an object, it will cause and acceleration of that object. My favorite joke was definitely: "Hey Siri..." Too funny! 😆

Wait, there was a time when physics was cute? Where did it go?
