IMO a good inspector and realtor are musts. My inspector found the ground to the main was bad as well as singing in the attic and the roof had minor damage. We were able to get the foundation company to verify the home was in the same condition after the repairs were done about a year ago. I was happy with my realtor and home inspector and ultimately my home purchase. Here a pest inspection is a must as termites are bad in central Texas.
