Programming Java with zer - Playthelottery 12 - equals() and compareto() revisited

In this episode, I attempt to implement the random number generator (RNG) portion to my code for the sake of the winning numbers. I implement a equals() and a compareTo() but the number selection for RNG has have it's own method. It appears to work fine but something is going wrong in my RNG_duplicateCheck() so I'm constantly going back in attempts to find out what's causing the parser to incorrectly flow. I think I'll need help with Jgrasp to help me find this bug.
