Teachers should be able to remove disruptive kids from the classroom. I was one of those “budding psychopaths” but because I had zero family interactions at home so I “had fun” at school. I now see that I was definitely an issue until I was put in my adhd medication. Calmed me down to focus and my grades got better. Also, made more friend since my energy wasn’t so intense. Talk with his parents(if they are able to be reasoned with) about getting him actual help for his issues.
