May be he was holding back, but what would he had done against Gojo without Maho?? NOTHING

Gojo has been shown to be a supervisor fighter, with higher speed feats, and decision making

Sukuna had better domain capabilities ( open domain) and higher battle iq ( though i would say Gojo's battle iq is no joke with the last hollow purple he created )

I think without plot armour, Gojo would have been the W.
(From narrative perspective it has been implied many times that Sukuna was holding back in order to complete Maho's adaptation, but Sukuna was still going for the kill everytime he got the chance)
Even the world cutting slash requires Hand Signs everytime to use, which Sukuna bypassed using binding vow ( feats of his battle iq, also the way he used the 10 shadows ...damnnnn)

Megukuna> Gojo> Hien Era Sukuna ( atleast for Gojo's case)
