Hello my friends! Here it is: how to actually muscle test yourself at home! You are now empowered with a tool to test whats good for your body and what isn't. This can apply to food, supplements (not medications however...consult your dr on medications), skin care, makeup etc. While this is very accurate, I do not recommend using it for serious matters such as possible anaphylactic allergies and such things. For the muscle test - test the "amount" that you should or should not take. That Alkaline powder might be good for you in a smaller amount - but not the whole jar. That's what we do - try to test over the amount & under the amount - to get the right amount for your body type & weight. Some days you might need extra of some nutrients/supplements & some days less. Your body will tell you.

I’m just getting into muscle testing and your video has really helped. The first time I really realised how much wisdom the body holds was when I was in the early stages of pregnancy. At this point, I didn’t actually know I was pregnant. I remember being in a supermarket and desiring to have celery in a soup. The weirdest thing about this was I’d always hated celery and absolutely loathed the taste of it. This is when I really became aware of how much wisdom the body actually holds.

I would suggest saying out loud with your eyes closed "show me my yes answer" or "show me my no answer"
Your sway maybe opposite. My yes is a backwards and my no is forward

Doing it on yourself can be tricky but you just have to declare your intention, set aside your concerns and specifically "decide" that you want the correct answer rather than the answer that feeds a belief or desire. That's the hard part because belief is all about being validated and desire is...well...let's face it, desire is a bit rabid with a voracious appetite and it's how most people live their lives. So, put concern aside and decide and consciously declare that you want the reality - i.e. reiterating - not a validation of a belief or appeasement of a desire. And that's really all there is to "clearing" one's mind. Whether one is making the declaration in muscle testing for nutrients or remedies, dowsing for something or trying to control the mind when meditating.

Bottom line is that not only are you looking for something compatible and beneficial but when it comes to that sort of natural "synergy", what you're looking for is also looking for YOU so - the only way to mess it up is to either let your conscious mind overrule nature or dismiss an answer. Whether because you don't believe it or you think you don't WANT it. Just remember - it's not about you - i.e. your conscious mind - it's about your body which connects directly to both its environment and whatever you aim your attention at. Which, BTW, is also why you don't want the horror the media feeds people slithering around in your mind so leave that stuff alone - if you can.

Plus, muscle-testing can be very useful in cases of jars and bottles of stuff you forgot to label. You don't need to know what it is, you only need to know if your body wants it, ROFL! (I'm horrible at labeling my personal stuff). Just make some tea of it and continue muscle testing as you drink it, if it wants it - i.e. don't overdo it. Of course, once you taste it, you'll probably remember what it is...unless it's something you don't ordinarily use in the form of tea so you might want to ask for confirmation of that, too.

Free tip - hydrate. Drink plain water and don't take hot showers or baths or, if you do, rehydrate as you would for anything that causes a lot of sweating because that's what stinks up your bath towels. You think you're just wiping plain water off of clean skin but you're not. You're wiping sweat off of sweat soaked skin. Hot showers and baths are wet saunas and, actually, not at all good for you because, not only do you mistakenly think you're clean but you also don't even THINK about how dehydrating they are or rehydrating after you've had one. Muscle test it. If you need to sweat out some toxins, fine, but don't make the mistake of thinking you're clean and well hydrated after a shower because you're not. Try a cold shower. Cold showers are awesome AND profoundly good for a modern human being, many of whom haven't truly bathed - i.e. naturally, in cold water - for their entire lives.

I wanted to share a perspective with you that gives some really profound insight about the muscle test phenomenon. Have you heard of David Hawkins? When he saw the muscle test he had a different impression because of his level of consciousness, and his explanation is that consciousness itself, which instantly recognizes truth (which is supportive of life), registers a positive stimulus and then from consciousness the response is reflected through the acupuncture system and the body goes strong. The cool thing about that is that it opens up the context of what the test can be used to learn, because consciousness is collective and not just personal. I'm hoping this method you just taught me will enable me to use the test. I haven't gotten it yet. thank you

I tested it and got amazing results. From what I've experienced, the body reacts positively to organic food and negatively to non organic, although it's healthy. For example, it said yes to organic wheat grass powder and no to quinoa. It also said yes to multivitamin powder (although it's not from fresh food) but no to vitamin C powder. Maybe I am lacking in a few vitamins. Method approved and shared! So many thanks to you.
