My favorite Zizek joke is, what's the difference between Saint Patrick's Day and Cinco De Mayo?
Everyone wants to be Irish on St. Patrick's Day.

The rare moment in which Žižek agrees w Deleuze. Check out A Thousand Plateaus for a much more interesting and nuanced approach to racism.

Politics is only one specific experience indeed, its called Social Isolation or as the psychologist would call it, Anxiety. Since our experiences define our identity, then racism is politics in the form of anxiety or fear or perceived danger, leading to social isolation. When someone fears social isolation, they start attention seeking(political campaign) in the hopes of being chosen (voting) as the one to organize all the food, labor, sex, security to themselves, as a gang or government controlling physical satisfaction, often called democracy (peaceful surrender), capitalism, religion. Racism is politics, politics is democracy, democracy and religion are the surrender of will to the most entitled people(elitist narcissistsis), by giving up one's free will in a 'vote' (free will surrender), (masochism)submission (I am a sinner, I give up my free will, leaving me with no choice) depression, suicide, self doubt, to gain salvation and acceptance sadism, homosexuality, sexual assault and colonialism. Being forced to accept voting or salvation in order to share resources or jobs is narcissistic violence. Americans and majority of the world are under European macro and micro aggression, often referred to by economists as micro economics and macro economics, criminologists call it a criminal organization. "I experience more anxiety, pain, abandonment and fear of hunger than everyone else, so I take everything, leave you with nothing, I make you work for me and please me for food and little freedom", as seen in the Manumission law of Virginia 1710AD.

Try to bounce this idea with the people in the Social Sciences establishment whose tenure, professorship and, sometimes, entire department depends on how serioulsy we take intersection studies as a serious branch of the Soial Sciences.

Just divide left and right into the debate for self-justification and observe which wing categorically validates the spectrum. The tuna will have to fall in line with the catch before it gets humiliated and gobbled up prematurely by the fascist or Marxist.

If some particular people should be 'black' and others 'white' then universial we dhould all be red because of the unifying color of blood.

As soon as you acknowledge particularity universality begins to dissolve.

Call it a hunch, but I don’t think a 76-year-old eastern European understands the black experience, or issues of race in the US

Hmmm...if i dont accept cancer as the justification of a cancer patient's illness, am i fighting cancer? Maybe i accept the cancer but use a treatment that is not designed to treat the cancer, am i fighting the idea of univerality is a factor that creates particularity. Whats good for 1 is good for all but in human history trying to implent this policy has led to horrific consequences for those that will not, cannot or do not benefit.

I guess u can, theoretically, get rid of racism if everyone sees their racial pride as the problem and discards it but only if everyone does. That is a call to fight a racist mindset but ppl cannot fight a thought or an emotion, we don't fight racism in the mind but in the institutions that govern life. If racial pride is removed from all institutions then culture and traditions would collapse. The only alternative is to accept all racial pride and make sure our institutions protect them.

Two things matter and should be enshrined in law(s).
Respect for individual’s dignity. This should be an absolute, inalienable, unqualified right.
Individual responsibility for how he/she conducts him/herself in society. This should be an absolute, inalienable, unqualified responsibility.

What have we instead? Societies run on a business model. ‘You’re an asset’. (Yeah, right, you can kiss my asset arse, I’m not here to oil anybody’s machinery or be a cog in anybody’s machination). No business cares more about staff than about the profit. Societies are broken as the so-called ‘leaders’ break people’s legs and spirits in order to control them. Divide et impera. People are just numbers, used and discarded when (no longer) useful. I’m not surprised in the least that there’s this push to replace humans with bloody robots.
