I'm not huge on AA. But im not interested in drinking. If people can drink moderately thats great. But im done with drinking. And done with all the other "methods" too. Done spending the money.

Tried it, didn’t work for me. But yeah it can work for some people I’m sure! What it lacked for me is a support system and coping skills to deal with my shit. Sure there is therapy but AA is free therapy to me. If your in AA your not supposed to think it’s the only way so this shouldn’t piss anyone off working a healthy program

the aa program is not only about abstinencia or to leave drinking, although the alcoholismo is like an allergic, the alcoholism is a deeper illness is a soul illness and the program help no only to leave drinking .. help to control the emotions and all the emotional disorders that caused drinking and treating the consequences that alcohol causes in people's lives and relationships .. quitting drinking really isn't difficult, the hard is to understand the illness
