Welcome to the 2025 Novena and Mass from the Basilica Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Each Monday, we broadcast our 12:05 p.m. (Eastern USA) Novena and Holy Mass on this YouTube channel with the Vincentians of the Eastern Province, USA, and our Miraculous Medal Family.
We invite you to join us in person or online each week to experience Our Lady’s Novena prayer, a tradition unbroken since Dec. 8, 1930.
Today’s homily, “The Blessed Virgin Mary at the Foot of the Cross,” is presented by Fr. Patrick Joseph Obot, CM.
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.
An Act of Spiritual Communion that you can make during Holy Communion: “My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot receive You sacramentally, please come spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.”
