Come hike Natural Bridge with me! This is a State Park in Kentucky, near Red River Gorge. It's a hike popular with families, which turns out to be not what I was hoping for. I wanted to hike in the peace and quiet of nature, not hear babies crying and kids shouting to each other. The day takes a sentimental turn when thinking about the time I hiked here with my family as a kid and how I've come full circle!

Love the Red River Gorge area. There is an old limestone you can kayak which isn't too far from the natural bridge area.

All your channel content is great and thanks for sharing your childhood memories and photos. So important to get kids out into nature - I have happy memories of childhood family and school hiking trips. I live near a 6, 000 acre forest here in the UK (that's big for the UK!) so get to do a lot of day hiking there.
