This was an interesting situation that is worth explaining. Initially, everyone thought it was an Evasion but Olof believed he got the Tag. When he explained to Luke when and where he made contact, Luke conceded. If an Evader admits they felt the touch, there is no need to go back to the footage so that is why we didn't go to a DTR. It was very good sportsmanship from Luke to concede and its very easy sometimes in the heat of the moment to not feel the tag initially.
