NEC SL2100 | How to transfer a call

The ability to make and transfer calls is of the most important for any practical and organised individual, make the most of your phone system by learning how. In this quick tutorial, you’ll learn how to make the most of your NEC SL2100 handset.

Transferring a call with your Techwell phone system is really simple.

- Whilst on a call, press transfer.

- Dial the extension number, or zero, followed by the external number, or you can simply press the OneTouch key.

- When the line is picked up, you can announce the caller and then hang up to complete the transfer.

- Alternately if the extension number does not pick up or does not want to take the call, you can press the line key to get the caller back.
