First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy. You mentioned that you're about seven weeks along but so tired all the time. This is one of the most common symptoms of pregnancy unfortunately and one that most women just have to cope with. There are things that you can do to help increase your energy levels. You can do this by eating well, drinking plenty of fluids, taking your prenatal vitamin each day, and ensuring that you get a good night's rest. I would also recommend talking to your doctor about it because on occasion a woman's exhaustion levels are worsened by some sort of medical condition behind it. For example, in pregnancy many women are anemic so they have lower blood levels. This makes them really tired. Just taking an iron supplement can help with that. Do bring it up with your doctor and they can decide if any investigation or treatment is necessary.
