T5V mids sound tuned with some hype where I don't personally need it, very decent at the treble and bass ends though. EVE would get my vote as an actual mixing device.

So i have the adam t5v and i have the eve audio sc207. The eve are so much better at everything, not even close.

Is it just me or do the mics stay at the same position every time ? If so then the test is flawed since the Adams are taller and the tweeter is aimed more towards the mics. The Eves are basically firing below that, which complete changes the sound spectrum. Can you explain a bit how the mics are aimed ? Because when the speakers change, the mics stay as they are from what I can see...

Thank you for another good comparison. To my ears there was little to choose between them. The T8V is much nicer than either of these, but I guess it’s more expensive than the T5V. I don’t know what the Eve Audio SC20 costs, but I have a feeling it is more expensive than the T5V.

Eve costs twice as much. Is it worth it?

Is there a Tannoy Gold 5 vs Eve SC205?

Adam for the win. The Eve might be a bit more neutral though.

Is there a chance for you to review the new Edifier MR4 Studio Monitors and the new Edifier R1380T/R1380DB? :)

Those Adams have that extra bit of deep bass extension that make them my clear choice. Plus I simply like the styling more.

As for me Adam sound more neutral. And there is no big deference between both. Both are very detailed and very nice to hear. But the Adam's cost just a half. I see no reason to buy the more expensive one.

There is no monitor that beats yamaha hs5 in flat response and transparent sound, hate it or love it, everything else is colored to make it sound pretty or "interesting"

To me, obviously Adam are better. I hear something is wrong in the mids when Eve are playing.
Don't forget guys, your headphones might sound bad, just how 95% of all HP are sounding. I'm not only using DT770pro but also with EQ(oratory1990) to make them sound flat.
