Drowning is actually much much worse when you ACTUALLY experience it.





Kindergarten, 4 years old, I went to public swimming lessons but my teacher ignored me so my hand slipped and I started drowning. I got so scared and I was completely out of breath. I stopped breathing. After a day I woke up in the hospital. Thank god I never experienced it again. I decided to take private swimming lessons after that.

I am currently 11 and I have something called JIA, for people who are unaware of what this is, it is Juvenile Idiopathic *Arthiritis* I was first diagnosed when I was 9. It was my birthday month when I was diagnosed. I think it depends on what type of arthritis you have, for example there is Rheumatoid Arthritis. JIA is quite rare and most doctors and Paediatricians don't know about JIA.

They should've clarified for the menstrual cramps. A woman's period can be as minimal as a paper cut or as painful as passing a kidney stone. There is no ONE number for the pain set in stone.😭

As someone who has almost drown before I can tell you that it hurts a lot worse than menstrual cramps

Actually, the menstrual cycle cramps can come to the same level of pain as a heart attack doctors say- that’s insane, that makes me even more nervous for my first period lol
Edit: got my period in April and it wasn’t too bad
